Time Well Spent

This week has so far been quite well. Although it has been quiet in the realm of any sort of student activities it has been busy in the academic realm (which partially explains why I have not been updating).

Everyday this week has been dedicated to intense studying and volunteering at the Alumni House for the Student Alumni Ambassadors. Our mission this week was to pass out the Survival Kits that parents were able to purchase for their children in the school. There were over 200 made and we had to get them out.

Each day I spent about four hours in the Alumni House passing out these bags to them as they trickled in. During the slow times (usually only 5 people came an hour), I would study my Ethics work or play my PSP. I managed to get a whole lot accomplished in both things. Wednesday night was my Ethics exam. I was slightly frightened about it. Although it was just a normal 25% test, it could make the difference between a B and a C, I assumed. When I went to calculate it though, it turned out that if I received a 60 (F) on it, then I would still pass the class with an 80 B, so that isn’t too bad at all and made me feel less stressed about it.

I managed to also catch up in a few mere things. I managed to finally call a friend that I hadn’t talked to in a while over the weekend. I was also able to write my grandparents a letter that I continued to put off. I am most likely going to start adding all of this to my schedule book as it keeps me in track all the time. And so that was what I have done this week.
